   I came in to sell some jewellery and I had a very pleasant experience with Tevin a very welcoming and friendly employee who was training but remained very professional and helpful he answered all my questions and also made sure he was completely sure of his answers before giving me any final information by checking with his colleagues which I appreciated and who we’re both also very helpful and friendly. I managed to get everything sorted with no issues. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

   I had never used a business like this until my Mother died in November. H&T were the first business like this that I had ever encountered. The ladies were all so kind, understanding and respectful of the items I brought forth. If I was unsure about (e.g) a ring, they would say "don't part with it until your sure. Take some time". Nancy, Claire and Roxana became like friends! Their personalities and expertise was such an enjoyable experience. I would recommend Croydons H&T to anyone!

   The most incompetent company you could hope to do business with! Staff open the shop when they feel like it. They print adverts on the FRONT of their letters so nothing is readable, and so your letters end up with your neighbours! I got to this branch at 9am and a 10 minute transaction turned into a hour long inconvenience! Your better off dealing with Lidl or Aldi than giving this company your business!
