    This is a great little shop. Croydon Town has two cash converters and by far this is the best one. The staff are so helpful and kind. You feel welcomed the minute you walk in the store. The staff here have always been so kind to my father. Which I thank them so much for. Defo recommended doing business with this store.

    Be aware! I am never coming back to this place. I brought some very heavy speakers to the shop to sell. I know they were old, but they were in working condition before my husband passed away. It was around 5 p.m., and I didn’t have identification with me. A staff member told me he couldn’t pay me because I didn’t have an account or a photo ID. I asked if I could come back the next morning. Israel said he hadn’t tested the speakers yet. However, right in front of me, the speakers were working — they were connected to a laptop, and I could hear the music clearly. Suddenly, The staff member claimed he had lost the connection and that the speakers were faulty and worthless. I had no car or way to carry the heavy speakers back home. The same member of staff who attended me yesterday, said, "Don’t worry, we’ll dispose of them for you." Dodgy? Why didn’t he say that the day before? I clearly heard the speakers working loudly and sounding good. Was that true? Was I taken advantage of? I still have more of my late husband's musical equipment to sell — I will try eBay instead. Sad, my late husband was a regular costumer.
