   Was walking and saw a ring that stood out, thought I’d pop in and if it fits any the fingers that id wear it on and to possibly put some money down on it. I was served by a lady named Cody who from the moment I walked in was professional, courteous, patient and humorous, I ended up just buying the ring out right in the end.

   Absolutely lovely staff, understanding and helpful. I was assisted on the two occasions I attended by Chloe who was really friendly and ensured I received the best service for my items. The other lass was very helpful and friendly too but I didn’t catch her name, short bobbed black hair, such wonderful staff who are an asset to the company just merely by their presence and the service they provide. Thank you Chloe and to the team, couldn’t recommend the service enough at this branch. x

   Popped into Croydon branch to return a pendant which wasn’t what I ordered from another branch as there was a human error! After speaking to Chloe on the phone I popped into the shop, upon arrival I was greeted by Chloe who was super friendly and helpful (and also another lady too) just want to say how happy I am with Chloe for sorting this out for me and how friendly she was.    I popped into Ramsdens to enquire about selling a watch. I spoke to Amy who was fantastic. She was very helpful, professional and looked after me as a client. She kept me updated on the process, called me after to ensure I received the transfer was just great throughout. I have been in since and spoken to Chloe and Jason. Everyone here at Ramsden Croydon is so friendly and welcoming I would strongly recommend them.
