   I have used Taylor James Financial Services on two occasions and they have been absolutely brilliant. First, for a mortgage and then a remortgage in 2022. They provide impartial whole market advice, guide and inform you throughout the process. They have a whole range of other financial services all available in one place which is very useful. Toby, Curtis and the rest of the team really took the stress out of the process. I’m using them again for a BTL mortgage as well. Very grateful and highly recommend them.

   Our mortgage application wasn't straightforward - however Taylor James rose to the occasion and secured us a mortgage offer at a decent rate. We experienced a number of set backs and difficulties with other parties involved in the purchase, however we were so fortunate to have Taylor James on our side - they spent an inordinate amount of time via phone and email getting matters sorted for us. We know that our mortgage application was approved due to Taylor James' tenacity - and we're so grateful that they were fighting in our corner. We cannot recommend Taylor James highly enough!
