For what you pay the service and food quality is very poor. Arrives cold and is not fresh. tastes like it was made hours ago won't be ever ordering again.
food arrived cold and so late. not even an apology from the takeaways delivery driver. we also called the store many times for an updated arrival time and no one would answer
The guy on the counter has zero customer service skills . He has an attitude problem. . There’s only 2 people working anytime you go . The service is very slow . Fast Chinese food that takes a hour to put into a box . This could be a good takeaway but the clown on the counter lets it down .
Very spicy. I give blood across the road at the Bradford Donor Centre, and lately, I’ve started coming here after as a bit of a reward to myself. The menu is good and the food all seems fresh and everything is very tasty. Please note, if you ask for some of the spicy dishes, they really will be spicy!
Ordered a large vegetable sing box, my chips were missing so I just got a box of veg noodles? I rang up to let them know as mistakes happen which is acceptable and fine however the worker said to me they never give chips with the box however it says they do on the uber app.. so clearly the app needs checking over as there's some sort of miscommunication and false advertisement.. I understand its just a potion of chips but I've paid £16 for a box of plain noodle which clearly is a rip off.

The order took 50 minutes to arrive despite us living less than half a mile away. The food was bland and tasteless. The rice noodles appeared as one big lump....the beef and black bean sauce tasted nothing like...the sauce was virtually transparent and tasted nothing like black bean. The takeaway arrived in 2 boxes and that was it....no knives or forks no serviettes...to top it off when we rang them about this they dismissed us and said get a refund from Uber. Enough said they couldn't care less
Ordered a takeout from here for the first time and last time, quite frankly one of the worse takeaways I have ever received. Completely inedible (cold, soggy, smelt awful, chewy) I contact Uber eats who are another joke and not taking responsibility nor are the restaurant, basically told me I’m wrong and the food is good because nobody else has complained ? Like okay mate, great service. I made it up out of thin air because I enjoy ordering food that’s going to go in the bin. Save your money and go elsewhere
Absolutely in love with the taste of their curries. Chicken in blackbean sauce was very mild yet tasty. Would prefer the noodles over the rice as a base as the rice lacks flavour and is a bit mushy for my taste. I would love to see few more spicy and delicious curries added to their list. Affordable prices and good service.
Nice Chinese food shop for those who are into Chinese. Chefs are Chinese so this is the original stuff. Lots of options to choose from in menu, which can however be confusing for a first timer. The wings were amazing. Staff are pleasant and polite. Seating is a bit weird with long tables. The place was not busy but some of the order took a long time to come. They have a loyalty discount programme too. Accept card payments. HMC Approved.
