   The food itself is very nice however it took over 1.5 hours to arrive and was cold. There was also missing items off the order.

   DONT ORDER THE SATAY. It’s not normal satay there’s no peanut flavor to it at all. Second time we ordered and it’s more like black bean. It was still really nice but just not satay :(

   Our normal go to Chinese . Ordered special Satay as a different option ..... Wow can't believe how much salt and no taste of a peanut sauce... Couldn't eat it .....So disappointed as usually great food.....

   Very disappointed with our order this weekend chips clearly kept warm or reheated, stale prawn crackers and the entire contents of the munchy box was stone cold

   I rang as soon as they opened (5pm) and requested a delivery for 7pm. 7.45 came and no sign of the delivery, setting off now the girl said, 8.15 still no delivery so I rang again to be told they were setting off in 5 minutes, at that point I said to cancel the order as it was too late. There was a knock at the door and there was our order. I have to say the food was absolutely delicious. They had my number and if they had rung and apologised and explained the driver was running late it wouldn’t have been so bad, it’s the fact they lied and said the driver had set off etc. I am not sure I would risk ordering again because it took way long to come.

   I've been ordering from here for the last 3/4 years and in that time I never had any bad service an only one sub par meal that seemed like a one off. The last few times I've ordered here though have been completely different. I live above a pub so ask drivers to ring me when outside so I can get the food. No driver in Huddersfield has ever not got hold of me. The last few times I've ordered I've had no phonecall, they say they ring no missed call or voicemail ever comes through. As this was starting to get more frequent, I decided to take a pause from ordering here for a while. Tonight I thought I would give it another go. Yet again they "couldn't get through to me" and "my phone was off" I had put on my notes to ring me when they were on their way to stop this from happening, did they bother? No. Food arrived stone cold dumped outside the wrong flat. I rang the takeaway. Also they sent the wrong items.The man on the phone offered no apologies and basically said it was my fault. He then put me on to the driver who said my phone was off. Neither let me speak, spoke over me. When I did get a word in edge ways the driver called me "argumentative" at the end the "boss man" offered me another meal, but by the point of being lied to this many times and being blamed for their mistakes I was past it. Let me tell you I will be letting everyone know about the poor customer service here. For years I raved about this place, well no longer. Bad service, cold food!

   Not great . I’m not a fan of chicken done this way (boiled by the texture and taste ?).The rest of my chow mien was ok however just left all the chicken ! Fab salt n pepper chips Sweet and sour chicken balls far too big and a bit dry .expensive aswell .

   VERY DISAPPOINTED! Ordered a few times from here and it’s been quite nice last but last night but took 1hr 45mins to come! I appreciate it’s busy on a sat night but the food was cold when it finally came. ordered salt & pepper chips which were over cooked, looked and tasted like they had been cooked and reheated! Egg fried rice was cold and gravy was just pure salt! Everything went in the bin! £6 for 3 sausages and a bit of gravy and a few onions!
