Burger was overpriced then taste. No flavour at all. Cheapest fries. Cheap Ingredients to make a expensive Burger. Order taking was wrong as well. But they gave complementary finger food. People were really nice they just meed to change recipe.
Recently went here, interior is so cool! But the food just didn’t live up to it for me personally. I had to wait over 30mins for my order. Ordered a spicy dip burger meal and side of donner loaded fries and wings. The burger wasn’t really spicy and I just didn’t think it had anything to rave about. Was just a standard burger. BUT I did love the donner fries. I don’t think I’d come back esp after such a long wait for food that was standard. It wasn’t bad though just… okay
I visited Brgr Lab on the 9th of February 2025 in the evening time. This fast food was not all that busy, I didn’t see any diners inside. But I did see food delivery guys waiting for the orders to be collected. The place was clean and tidy. The size of the place is between medium to small. It has a limited seating area. So I went to the till area and I ordered the Supreme Smash burger as a meal. They took my payment but they didn’t bother to give me the receipt. So I had to remind them to give me one, in the end they gave me one. The Supreme Smash burger was tasty and it had a lot of interesting textures in it. The meal came with fries and two dipping sauces. 1x Algerian dip and 1x BBQ dip. It also comes with a drink, but I chose a bottle of mineral water.
The smash burgers and gym box from this place are great, one of the best tasting burgers we've had, the meat is cooked so well and it packs flavour every time we order. The sides are less stand out, as a takeaway they don't travel as well and are soggy, Ony thing i'd recommend changing is writing an indication so you can tell what each box is
I love the burgers this place makes. The staff are always so lovely and I love the food. It is well priced and the taste is amazing and there isn't loads of greese dripping out the burger or bits of fat or anything. I've taken a liking to the double and triple smash burgers personally, they are well made and dont fall apart in your hands. It is also Halal! I also enjoy the milkshakes, they are thick and can have bits of chocolate bars of your choice in them. They're big milkshakes too.
Used to be a regular and enjoyed the food. The past orders there were missing items. Also the caramelised onions on my burger was a layer of burnt crust. Disappointed as this was my favorite burger joint a couple of months ago
The brother behind the counter who might be the owner is an absolute legend. We came in to order our food to break fast, we wanted the food just not too late but not too early either. Of course that's a tall order considering they have to make food for themselves to break their fast too but all things considered they got the food out in good time but the fries went cold. But 5 minutes before breaking fast the brother asked if we wanted new fries so it's fresh when we break fast. Man this is type of service you want not to mention that the food was banging too. It's a shame there's only 5 stars because this place deserves 10.
Tried the smash burger and the nacho chicken burger both are nice and the staff are very friendly. The design of the shop is very good. You can pay by card
Wow the smash burgers are something else here!. The beef patties were juicy and full of flavour, the patties were the right size and were caramelized to perfection and they were not greasy at all. The wings were freshly cooked and had the perfect char and seasoning. Really great dining experience, the staff were friendly and I was served quickly and the food was piping hot. Definitely worth visiting this place.
