   Awful!! We just got home from the hospital and thought we would treat ourselves. The Chicken and Broccoli was nasty, the Chicken was slimy, broccoli rock hard. Chow Mein… we asked for no veg and there was loads in there. Tried to ring but no answer. Won’t order from here again.

   Called for a delivery added cost 40% increase over pick up. Will be ordering from Double Happiness now. Previous Review: Love the food and the service! What a wonderful family. Hot tip.. ordered sweet and sour chicken balls for the first time and the sauce was amazing. There were 30-40% less chicken then other places but if they increase this as usual better than everywhere. Thanks for being amazing

   It was my first experience of New Regent. My boyfriend saw that a lil pick me up was needed, so got a reservation for 9pm, we were very economical and organised a little quicker than we thought, got to New Regent 30 mins before, asked if we could be seated earlier, luckily there were a couple of cancellations so we sat near the window and there was a large office party in attendance in the inner part of the restaurant, I read the instructions of how it works and we started to order drinks and food, the members of staff were so lovely and having to run the restaurant and the delivery side too, communication was flowing naturally in the team. Would recommend the restaurant, great value for the quality of the food, we practically nearly ate all of the dishes with some that were similar in the starters section. Look forward to going back.

   2nd visit in 6 months and nothing has changed. Food above average quality for the price, although the duck was very dry on this occasion. The place is let down by haphazard service and very dated and decor. Yet again we will return!

   First visit in many years with family. Went for the "all you can eat" option. Had about 8 starter dishes (we prefer starters) and three mains with rice and noodles between the three of us. Decent portions and overall good quality. We weren't keen on the beef curry main but the crispy shredded beef was lovely. Good value.
