Chicken Kung Po is horrible. It looked good before I tasted it. However, a small portion and literally just brick hard batter without chicken inside! Leaving this review so that I'd never order here again.
Turned out to be a lot better than expected from reviews (Some ppl expect fine dining experience from a fast food joint) I have ordered from here every week and the food is cooked fresh and is hot consistently which is very important for my OCD. Tastes great and portion sizes are very generous unlike other restaurants I’ve been to. This place is definitely worth it. Thanks lady keep up the service and quality your hard work is appreciated :)
Worst takeaway ever! The chicken was so hard. Could barely chew it. Looked like it had been sat on the side for 3 days! Everything had a weird taste to it. I feel quite sick. So disappointing.
Don't normally write about poor quality food, however this was definitely disappointing. Chips very dry and hard. Prawn cracker looked and tasted liked cooked in dirty, burnt oil. Spare ribs very bland, Chicken and Beef texture and taste like it was not actual meat. Unfortunate waste of money as left most of it.
Went there for a late night supper and I’m absolutely disappointed. Firstly the service was meh like the lady at the counter gave a weird vibe. The only Chinese cuisine open at the time so had to settle for less. The sweet and sour chicken was extremely sweet n sour like ew brother ew along with it being extremely overcooked, two chews and had to spit it all out. The egg fried rice has a nice flavour but the rice was hard and hardly had any eggs :( but I was so hungry I tried to eat that at least. Vegetable spring rolls were really nice. Definitely will not be eating from here again.
Worst Chinese we've ever had! Everything was drenched in oil. We ordered singapore rice noodles, box meal chicken balls, chips and fried rice, thai spring rolls. Nothing Thai about those greasy bland, flat chicken spring rolls, singapore rice noodles were far too oily, flavouring wasn't good either! Chips in the box were stale too. Very disappointed and definitely not worth £20!
COVENTRY'S WORST EXPERIENCE IN FAST FOOD 2 hours 15 minutes we waited - nothing came. 2 phone calls later - it was only '15 minutes away' each time. Liars, time wasters and if it was any other aspect of life, you'd face consequences. Do not use unless: - it's a Tuesday -there are no customers and they're using all of Monday's food
We usually use Jade House all the time and have found the deliveries slower each time (used to be great and so fast). Tonight it was well over 2 hours, the order was wrong and all of it pretty lukewarm by the time we got it. Uber doesnt get updated and when I called the restaurant I got told the generic 10-15 minutes reply. By the time it arrived I had 7 minutes to eat before having to start work so not an enjoyable experience. Sad to say I doubt we will use them again.
Service is good food is absolutely fabulous best Chinese in town honestly. The Chicken Chow Main nudges I Serena of them the wantans amazing the spring rolls just perfect. I love this place we order regularly
