   Food wasn’t good. We ordered 8 dishes and every single one was horrible. Barely any sauces, sauce was really jelly like. Chicken all dry, chewy and tasted off. Squid tasted awful. Sea weed really really sweat tasted off again. Won’t be coming back. Only ate 2/8 dishes as it was so bad.

   me and my mum came to leamington spa from coventry and we are so lucky to have stumbled upon such a lovely all you can eat buffet. the lady that served us explained how ordering worked and service was lovely overall, as well as the food. portions were perfect as there wasn't so much food that you wouldn't be able to finish so there was no waste and the flavour was great. I'd love to return next time I visit.

   My first visit to the restaurants new location, I'm pleased to report that the food is still as good as ever and has a recent level 5 food standards rating. Visited mid week & had the all you can eat buffet for £22 each. Unlike some buffets, you order exactly what you want to eat from a vast selection of items, meaning it's fleshly cooked, you get exactly what you want & and there is something for everyone ( even a selection of English style food...)

   I was looking forward to trying this place, even after seeing mixed reviews. But it was not a good experience. The manager was not very nice, even to her staff. She seemed to undermine us because we are young and was quite patronising. The food was okay, average but then it gave us such an upset stomach the next day. I wouldn’t go back and don’t recommend it.

   For many years this was our favourite local Chinese. My parents had been going every few months for nearing on a decade. We had always been pretty happy with the service and food, until on one reasonably busy Saturday night the owner got quite angry with us because our table booking had somehow gotten lost. There was a queue of a few other families whose bookings had also gotten lost. When we were seated (which was promptly as there were still multiple empty tables), the owner was loud and very rude and made us all feel very uncomfortable. It is such a shame as we had always enjoyed coming, but unfortunately won't be going back after this experience. Trying The Emperor round the corner from now on.

   First visited this place many years ago when its Google reviews were poor & unexplained low. Found our initial visit excellent & left a good review. Since then, it's clearly become more popular and the food has never EVER been a disappointment. We're always greeted by Jack (the proprietor) who is always happy to engage with customers & clearly does his best to ensure customer satisfaction. Any questions & they're always happy to spend time with you explaining the food, dishes & their style of cooking. It certainly is NOT like the MSG filled dishes served by many other Chinese restaurants around the area. Although there's a £20/head 'eat as much as you like' menu, there's also another menu filled with special dishes. Each have their own refreshingly crisp/clean flavour & clearly made with skill using high quality ingredients. Service is also very quick. We regularly look forward to our visits to Been. If you've never visited ...give it a try! You won't be disappointed.

   If you don't get the set banquet meals, I would say that the quality of food is good - certainly better than your standard Chinese takeaway. However even though the food was good, the service was absolutely terrible. I would NOT recommend dining in and I certainly won't be coming again. I dined here as a fairly large group of 10 people so this would be good business for Phoenix. Initial food and drink orders were taken promptly but after this happened, the table was abandoned. We went through two rounds of drinks before starters arrived. We attempted to order more drinks however wait staff did not seem to care about this table as they missed out most of the table's drink orders. Then the main courses finally arrived 2 hours after the starters arrived. I can not believe how appalling the service was. For such a small restaurant with 3 wait staff for 7 tables (where every other table only had 2 people!), it would be a simple task to check in on the table every so often to offer more drinks or explain why the food was taking so long. DO NOT DINE IN. AVOID.

   First time to Been. Didn't expect the foods are delicious and nice presentation. One pound, more expensive than other Chinese buffers in the surrounding area but what I said it's worthy for money because of the food served. At least 20 overs starter of choice and one my favourites batter-fried king prawn. Highly recommended to try.

   Really nice Chinese restaurant we decided to have a take out but to be honest when we went to collect it the place is lovely. Nice and romantic with a really good posh feel to it. We ordered the banquet for 4 and the duck. To be totally honest there was way too much food for us. But all the flavours were there and we would certainly go again thank you
