Made an order waited 1 and a half hours and no food expected d to wait another 30 minutes shocking after we had used them for nearly 4 years won’t be using again
This is the most delicious Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten in Naniton. The amount of food is hot and affordable. I won't choose other Chinese food.
I ordered sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style, instead I go breaded chicken breast cut up with a side of sweet and sour sauce.
We’ve had takeaway food from HKH since moving to Attleborough area 5 years ago. We have never been disappointed and so have never really felt the need to leave a review That said….tonights meal…. AMAZING at every level! What has happened in this kitchen?? Way beyond just good! Thoroughly enjoyed our evening dinner from HKH. Fresh, vibrant flavours, well cooked meat…! Only downside….delivery turned up 5 minutes early and interrupted my whisky… Thankyou HKH Mr & Mrs W. Holly W.
What a shambles this place is! I placed an order online for collection and was given a time to pick it up..when I arrived the lady in front of me was waiting for her order that had been misplaced, then I was told they couldn’t find my order, which was rather a large order.. then the woman after me was also told her order was lost.. honestly couldn’t make it up.. then there was lots of shouting and arguing in the kitchen and the phone constantly ringing… they need to stop taking orders and concentrate on the ones they have got.. I had to wait for my food to be prepared. So absolutely pointless using online ordering.. The food itself was good and obvs nice and hot… but this experience has put me off using here again… utter chaos
We usually go to a Chinese restaurant a bit further on but it was closed so gave Hong Kong House a try and loved it, not going back to the other now sorry.
Asked for half a duck, got a plastic tub not even half full with duck meat and no crispy skin. Plastic tub also had the 2 packets of pancakes in. Very expensive uncrispy duck and cash only as well.
So happy they are open again. Always had been our favourite. New year's take away last night did not disappoint. All four of us very happy with some wonderful hot meals delivered to us....chicken balls, curry, chips, chow mein, shredded beef, rice, spring rolls....all spot on. Could not fault it! Brilliant food, brilliant service. Thank you!
Ordered a takeaway which arrived quickly and hot. Really enjoyed the dry ribs which were good quality with plenty of meat. The vegetarian spring rolls were a nice balance of filling and pastry. Singapore rice was really good, hot and spicy with plenty of meat mixed in. Chips, rice and curry sauce in a tray also spot on. Will certainly order from here again.
One of the worst Chinese i have ever had. Everything was overcooked. Satay chicken was so dry it was almost inedible. Chicken balls where overly crispy and incredibly chewy. Sweet and sour source was brown and tasted more like gravy. Crispy beef was slimey and bland. Chips were standard oven chips and somehow also hard and dry. How do you mess up chips? The only thing was even remotely ok was the rice. Avoid this place at all costs!
