   The food quality has seriously changed, my sweet and sour chicken balls were mostly batter (soggy). My prawn toast was soggy, my Singapore rice and Singapore noodles were both tasteless, I don’t know what’s happened, but the quality has definitely gone, no more for me thank you.

   So disappointed tonight! Ordered via Uber eats at 7.05 order value £56. Time for delivery changed once order was received and 45 minutes was added! At 8.05 we are receiving calls to say it’s going to be another hour taking us to 9.15! We were given the option to cancel however I asked if I could collect instead and was told it would still be a further 30 minutes. When I went to collect our order was bagged up on the floor ready. I expressed my disappointment at the poor service tonight and they said it was about drivers but they have the option to not receive orders or put them on hold if they are overwhelmed and there was another gentleman who walked in and tried to order and he was told he would need to wait for rice to be cooked! I was offered a free bottle of Diet Coke but you are always given this anyway, or I have previously so as I pointed out that was extremely poor and to be honest the customer service was incredibly poor as they really didn’t care even though they recognised me from previous visits. When the food was dished up at home the pancake rolls were soggy and the curries were gloppy and solid in their container! In short no apology, food was not up to previous quality and standard and obviously taking more orders than they have staff to cover so sadly we will be looking elsewhere

   This Restaurant Takeaway within Leamington Spa is one of my favourite places to get Chinese food. The Portions are always nice and hot and each portion is a very generous serving. The staff are always very friendly and happy to assist with any questions that you have. The egg fried rice is always perfectly cooked and seasoned. The menu itself is well priced and they have the options of meal deal packages for single persons upto families. The food was delivered by the Restaurant and came nice and quickly and handover was very pleasant and prompt. I would always highly recommend this place all round for Customer service, well priced and nice food.

   I was a regular customer for around 2 years at this take away , been there 30 times or more . There food portion and quality are consistently great and I mean every single times. Never disappointed me once . Definetly one of the best Chinese take away food in Leamington spa. The quality never drops and price is alright too .

   First time we used this Chinese takeaway. Delivery was quick and the food looked good served up. Sadly the food was incredibly bland and tasteless, to the point that we couldn’t eat it. What a waste of £22
