Has to be the best takeaway within the city and definitely Coundon. Always great hot food at a reasonable price and good quality and portions. Local parking is a nightmare and they are a cash only establishment to keep away from costly card machine fees. There’s a cash point across the road to get your cash from if you have none on you!
After moving to the area a few weeks back we tried here on Saturday night and it was lovely and fresh, will definitely be my local from now on
Got to be the BEST Chinese takeaway in Cov! Only started ordering from here in the last 2 years or so and have been a regular since. Food always consistent every time! I’ve ordered both in person and over the phone and they have always catered to my requests. Tasty fresh hot food delivered every time! Highly recommend. Food and service 10/10! Thank you!
Delivered wrong takeaway, said they would deliver a fresh one, clearly re-delivered our delivery from wherever it went to back to us, cold. Simple mistake which is fine but unhygienic and won't use them again
Great food and value for money again tonight, but local parking is a nightmare when the area is busy.
Really disappointed that had to wait almost 2 hours for delivery after app had suggested 45 minutes. This is after having to wait a considerable amount of time last delivery too. On calling for an update we were told there was a “system error!”. Food came eventually and was good but too long to wait
First time we’ve used wok @ star, set menu, really nice meal will use again!
The food used to be great here but my past two visits have been very disappointing. I ordered different dishes on both occasions and both were bland.. not how they used to be. I thought my previous visit was due to ordering as dish i had not tried before so gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered my usual this time but turned out to be just as bland, lacking any flavour. Shame as they really used to be good. Not sure if they have changed hands but i dont think i will risk again.
Always hot, fresh and tasty and with a menu offering different dishes than your average takeaway....
