    Very very good food, incredibly friendly staff and overall great experience ordering food here. We ordered and then collected within 15 mins and the food was piping hot and had obviously just been cooked. Can’t recommend Panchitos enough. Will definitely be revisiting in the near future.

    Lovely food, can't say anything about eating in as ordered out. Food was very quick, warm, absolutely gorgeous, everyone who ate enjoyed it! Pictures honestly don't do it justice.

    Cancelled order after 1 hour waiting, told to reorder but they aren't accepting orders. If you can't deliver the order, don't accept it. Lazy staff, are they also lazy when preparing food? I would rather not from now on.

    Ordered through Uber eats and food still hasn’t arrived after two hours. Delivery is through the restaurant so can’t track it. Tried to call the restaurant four times and there’s no answer. Absolutely disgraceful!

    It used to be quite good, but not anymore. All the food was cold when it got here, the chips were undercooked and there was no cheese on my cheeseburger. It was a waste of almost £30.

    Had a double burger (Dos Amigos) and French fries. The fries were slightly undercooked but the burger was a decent size and the burger patties were pretty thick and tasty served on a Portuguese roll that's just a bit too thin for the burger patties IMHO. Also, I really doubt the claim that the burger patties are handmade but they are tasty nonetheless.
