Ordered a green curry and easily the worst I’ve ever had where’s the coconut and lemongrasss Microwaved rice aswell shocking will never order again

Can't comment on the food or atmosphere. Ordered online, they accepted the order and then cancelled. Don't accept an order if you have no intention of fulfilling it.
Always been really reliable. Good food, can't fault it at all - consistently high quality and well packaged. Only Chinese takeaway place I ever order from since none are nearly as nice. Also good veggie options!
Terrible food Delivery came a hour and 45 mins later was told just 45mins Food was burnt and bland And the delivery driver did not return with my change So instead of £43 it cost £45 I domt mind tipping if its good food and fast delivery Absolutely shocking i will never order here again waste of time and money
My son said his steak wasn't very hot and was dry and my special fried rice hardly had any meat in and had some kind of sauce on the top and fried veg which was really disappointing.
Over 20 minutes late! Called for an update and the person was very rude "only 10 more minutes, should make no difference to you, you don't realise how busy we are"...... I ordered well in advance, so no excuse!! WAS a repeat customer, but WON'T use again!!
Fancying a change from the normal takeaway restaurants we use we bought a 'meal for two' from the Ping On. Compared to what we normally buy it was poor. The portions were small and the taste was awful. The meat (beef) was very tough and chewy. We threw over half away. We will not be buying from here again and I do not recommend the shop. ps They take cash only.
Ordered 2 different curries, both came the same but different colour. No taste and resembled dish water. Spent £30 and WILL NOT ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN! If your favourite Chinese is shut, stay away from this one. You will be disappointed.
