After 30 years of using Sizzling Wok it had to happen. They say tell them about any allergies which I did and they completely took no notice. I ended up having an allergic reaction. Beware ⚠️
Polite staff. Standards are slowly declining. Last order came with ribs slightly off. We couldn't eat most of them. We probably will not be going back anymore after years of going there. Sorry.
We have recently just moved into the area and thought we would try our local Chinese. I ordered by the phone and was told 10 minutes. When I get there the shop was completely empty and the phone didn’t ring once which I thought wasn’t a good sign. To my surprise it cost me £28.30! When I got back they definitely went for quantity over quality. The food was very greasy and didn’t have any flavour. The chicken was like eating my old work boots. Both our plates were hardly touched. The speed of the order was good but made me think it’s not cooked fresh as was far too quick. However the fortune were a nice touch and the they accepted both cash and card. Overall I definitely will not be returning to sizzling wok as it is far to expensive and very lacklustre.
The food really was of poor quality. The same price I'd pay in a restaurant for a full meal but worse. The service was certainly quick, but o guess reflected in the quality. Nothing wrong with the freshness, but bland, lacks flavor, and the vegetables used are clearly frozen beforehand. Not something I'd go for again for a nice takeaway evening..
Absolutely vile. Ordered a basic chicken curry with boiled rice and the chicken is rubbery and squelchy in your mouth as well as bland. Honestly vomit inducing food. Will never set foot inside that cesspit again. To top it off the lady looks like she’s working at a funeral directors not a Chinese takeaway.

Just ordered a chicken Chinese curry and the majority of it was packed with onions. I mean I love onions but that was too much hardly any chicken. This was for a special occasion and we ended up leaving it as it should of been a onion curry!!!! Chips nice!

Ive been coming here for 13 odd years....tonight the food was ok, not its normal qaulity, however the customer service was awful. Abrupt,no eye contact,smile or appreciation of custom. Doesnt take much. If you dont want to be there give your job to someone who does and can be much better at it. Customer service training wouldnt go miss. Will avoid and take custom elsewhere.little things make a big difference.
Just had our Sunday treat Chinese meals, chicken curry chips and beef green pepper in black bean sauce, fantastic. chicken chow Mein & special curry last week. Great food, and the staff are lovely. Best Chinese takeaway in Bedworth. 5 stars thankyou to all the staff. Mick
