   Once again went to the shop and ordered food rice with noodles and chicken curry got home no chicken in curry just curry sauce phoned and said sorry no good to me I am not going back to shop to take it back need to slow down and listen to what is being ordered second time this happened now I love the food be can't put up with this I mean come on no chicken in curry not good was looking forward the a relaxing night with some nice food and chill but not mine and my wife's food both wrong never even ask if they could deliver new food for us not good customer service at all

   Absolutely awful. Gave me severe food poisoning. Suspect they reheat their food as it didn't taste fresh. Only took a few bites to make me ill. Avoid like the plague.

   The food is generally good. I'd say 97 per cent of the time, but on this visit, it lacked a bit of taste. The real issue I have is taking payment in cash in store. I would suggest people should be able to pay the best way convenient for them. If I ordered online, do I have to pay with cash? I walked in and told that I could only pay with cash in the takeaway. I would, however, still recommend it as a good takeaway in Cardiff.

   Han Sing is my go to Chinese every time I order. The food is always perfectly cooked and piping hot on delivery. The price is very good and portion sizes are huge. I have tried many different Chinese’s around Cardiff and so far NONE compare to here. I always order the sweet and sour cantonese style chicken with noodles in a tray, crispy beef and a portion of chips. Every single time this order has been perfect. I just want to add that their crispy beef is to die for! One of the best around by far!

   Ordered a large order from here with special requests, lady took orders and no special request met, when i rang to ask about the order being wrong,, i spoke to someone with perfectly good English, who then pass me On to some one with no English, then was passed on to a child who said sorry and punthe phone down. Bad service
