The old blonde lady is rude and passive aggressive. You feel watched all the time and she barked that I must take the receipt when I was walking away. I was walking away because the policy is βno exchanges and no refunds β. She comes across racist and discriminatory as I saw her talk down to certain ethnicities.
Disgraceful service! The girl serving gave one word answer when I asked her a question and scowled at me as if I was bothering her! I said are you having a bad day and she glared at me saying sheβs busy! She shouldnβt be working in a shop with customers if she canβt at least be polite! Omg how horrible she was, I will never go back in there again.
We visited here as family yesterday and it was not best the experience we had. The lady at the till welcomed us as saying "we are open until 5pm" at 3.30pm. Rest of the experience was not different then this. I will not mention rest of it. She was like "I don't want you here as customer." I will not go there again.
Passed here a few times Came in today and was pleasantly surprised. There is quite a lot on offer. As it was winter it was stocked full of warm clothes. Lady behind the counter was very bubbly and chatty. Interacted with everyone and even chatted to the kids. Always helps when you get staff who enjoy their jobs and are a asset to the business Has parking and very clean and well organised store Keep up the good work guys
Visited the place today, the lady who works there is such a rude person, she does not like kids. I took my wife and daughter for shopping, been there so many times buying so many things. The way we were treated today was ridiculous, she kept following us and kept making silly comments on us and my daughter. This lady needs to be sorted and teach a lesson on customer service. We love shopping down there but we are never going back to that shop. Donβt recommend anyone to go there because of the bad service provided by that stupid lady.
Good store, need to visit regularly as stock keeps changing
The lady serving today 25th May 2022 at about 11 30 was so polite and very patient with me as it took a few trys to get the perfect swimwear I would recommend hughie
Great place to get high Street clothing cheap only problem is lack of sizes .
