Such polite staff. The male manager and the lady behind the counter called Laraib were so helpful they went around the store for me to help me find what I was looking for. Top notch customer service and lovely items!
The Staff are really lovely & helpful here. The stock is displayed nicely & it has a good selection of Ladies, Mens & kiddies clothes, underwear & shoes. Also stocks other items, jewellery etc....

Absolutely chuffed to bits with the service I received at Peacocks at Enterprise Five Lane Ends. The Manageress Toni took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and gave the best advice. This manageress knows exactly what she is talking about. What an absolute credit to Peacocks. Fantastic service.
I visited the Five lane Ends store today 6/9/21 at 15.54pm and I was very impressed with the member of staff who served me. I wanted a black jacket in my size but was sold out in store, but the lovely member of staff called Geneva was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her as she rang round different stores to locate my size in the jacket I wanted! She did find one for me in the end!!! She certainly went the extra mile for me, she deserves a good recognition for her dedication to customer service she needs praise for being credit to the company!!
very very poor customer services and I was served by area manager. I brought back pair of boot as the buckle was broken within 6 weeks and my husband's t shirt as it got sgrinked. The area manager refused to take It back as receipt was out dated (17.10.18) and it has no label. Furthermore, she don't consider it manufacturer's fault. She said it's either my fault, my washer's fault or my dryer's fault. So no refund or exchange. She exchanged pair of boots but took my discount that was there at the time of purchase. Another newly trained employee told me to hurry up as shop was going to shut . They suggested I can come back later to exchange it but they cannot offer refund or credit note. who in million years would like to go back there? Please don't buy any thi g from them. Here is the £8 shirt that is going to charity now.
