   Really poor service, staff knowledge and general customer service. Purchased an order online, returned within 28 days of collection as per NEXT’s own guidelines and policies only for staff to say they wouldn’t take the product back as it wasn’t within 28 days of it arriving to the store. Called NEXT customer service who were fantastic and returned the money to my account immediately, highlighting it was indeed correct that it is 28 days from collections not arrival in store. Took the item back into the store so it was returned and explained situation from a few minutes prior. Staff and manager useless, very much “We can only go based on the date it shows on the system” and can only see limited information. Upskilling needed. A shame when you have to advise staff of their own policies.

   I bought a coat yesterday from this store and once i got home i had realised it was damaged and it could not be worn. The next day I went to exchange it in the store and they refused. The price of the coat was £31. I kindly asked the manager for an exchanged and she claimed that "all their clothes are damaged and they don't give refunds". I am very disappointed, i don't reccomend this store to anyone.

   Used to be brilliant but now it's nothing more than an expensive charity shop. All items are not perfect now which is fine is that's how they wish to change the outlet store however they should at least be new/ clean. Sandals had dirty toe marks in, kids swimsuits had holes near the bum where it had been worn, bags had broken straps with bits of food/ bits in it from previous owner, bra that had been worn. Just awful. A number of customers whilst we were there said they wouldn't return and neither would I. Disgusting.

   I been today and seen lots of offers but the items most of the are like to be used one and cloths are rip off and shoes are warn already. I don’t understand why they seeking like this the Name under NEXT. Better go and buy charity shops or car boot than here

   Found one coat which is price tagged £19.50 went to pay for it. Lady called manager and he told me its our mistake actual price is £47. I said its your mistake why are you misleading customers manager AJ said next don't care about it we are selling price through tills don't bother about labels there. Never experience in next like this before.

   Great idea to bring this store back in this location. I was going to rate it a full 5 stars simply based on the customer service as I have only been in store to collect or return orders and the counter staff have always been helpful and friendly. However on my last visit the store manager (a male) and a female staff member decided to have a massive chinwag at the back of the store at the online pickup point. They were discussing staffing and jobs, I think the woman was trying to get a managerial role. Hardly the type of chat to have out on the shop floor. I had already punched my number in and was clearly waiting for my order which they both saw and ignored. I simply assumed another staff member inside would bring me my order. But no. I waited for at least 10-15 minutes in the same spot like a lemon. Then, the manager made a comment to the woman, something along the lines of, oh I guess we'd better do some work now. She smirked in response. Then they both went inside and got my order and another woman's order, and handed them to us. I've honestly never seen such crass customer service. This lazy and irresponsible duo have single handedly destroyed the otherwise excellent service all other staff at this store have provided thus far. Perhaps you need a manager who can actually be arsed to do his job and, while they're at it, show your customers a bit of respect?
