The lady with filled eyebrows on the counter very rude .she dont no how to talk with the customer.they gave me damage suit and didnt exchange r give money back.and talking back very rude.never going back in the shop and i dont recommend anybody going there.
All the other reviews about customer service are spot on, my mum got me an outfit as a gift but picked up the wrong size, I hadn't even tried on the suit and my mum went to ask for an exchange. The lady at the counter with the overly filled eyebrows turns to the woman next to her and says 'I don't get why customers like these take the wrong size and then come and beg for an exchange.' In front of my mum's face. Explains why this place always looks empty, better customer service from next door at Motif.
Nice variety. Staff can be abit more helpful. Asked them about collections and they didn't have a clue. Then asked them to help me find a suit in specific colour. And she said it's what is out here. Just look around yourself. Haha. Oh well.
Absolutely disgusting and worst experience today.. I was looking around the shop with my mum the only 2 customers and the uneducated shameful woman who works there asked me what size I’m looking for head in mind I hadn’t even picked anything I went depends what it is and the fitting but a m-l without hesitating she went I don’t think so, you are a xl I went no I’m not and she looked at me again top to bottom and said yes you are a xl which then I said excuse me don’t tell me what size I am I know my size and I told my mum we’re leaving because she’s been rude and huffed and puffed at me I told them to learn customer service before running a business. When will the Asian community learn about body shaming! I won’t be going in there again. Explains when I’ve gone in there’s no other customers I’m appalled and disgusted
