   Visited the store today and purchased a sale item. The employee serving me called Ayesha decided to introduce her own rules and told me there is no return on sale items, only exchange. I will be taking this complaint to head office, as this is not a rule of New Look, but this employee thinks she can dictate her own rules. She also forced me to give my email address for a receipt saying they do not provide paper receipts. Again not a rule New Look enforce. Absolutely appalled at how an employee lies about the return policy and forces you to give an email address for a receipt.

   I am really upset about some staff ( not everyone) working over there. I don’t know if it is because I am not British; when I and my friends entered the shop one of the staff started following us like we were tryna steal something and she was like we were some kind of beggars. Also when we came out of the fitting room one of the hangers were missing on one dress and the lady who was outside the room was very angry and asked us where’s the hanger in a very rude way. This is not the first time that this happened. I am really disappointed in the way they treat people.

   Today 12.06.23 in the morning I bought some t-shirt in kingsgate new look store , came to home, tryed and it was too small, decided to change for bigger size, but in store wasn't bigger size and I decided to refund it. After 3pm when I came to the till, woman with short brown hair, might be 40 years old without any badge asked me: "what you want?". First I was shocked with this question, after answered: "to refund t-shirt". To the till came another girl, and politely asked me come to the till. At the end of this procedure she asked me to give my post code. I said I don't want to give you my details, because I am not first time to refund in this store, and never asked me any my details, only to sign recipe. After first women said:" I knew that she is problematic....". When came another girl and said that it is customer policy rules. I asked to show where it says that I must to give my post code or any details. She started to looking in documents, but finally not founded. In total they asked me to put first name, sign and I can leave, but they dont know do I will get refund or not. Not surprised why they haven't customers in store. To store's manager would like to ask to teach girls and especially women speak with customers. Not recomend this store at all.

   Went to get some pjs for the missus. Didn't have a right lot of pjs to choose from. Had loads of other good stuff. Worth a look and prices are reasonable

   My daughter loves this place in Kingsgatek it is very reasonably priced some really good quality clothing at low prices you can pick up really good bargains alot lower than any other retail clothing stores

   Needed a new interview blouse. Enjoyed browsing round the shop. Plenty of space to browse so not having to get too close to others. Found a blouse I liked but wasn't sure whether the fitting rooms are open. Staff on till very polite and friendly.

   It Wasnt a busy time in store which was nice! Friendly polite staff. They have lovely clothing, jewellery and footwear. Great sale at present aswell. Reasonably priced stock. I cant complain. I'll definitely be going back.
