   Purchased boots from Maison Threads and when they arrived they were different sizes. Following lengthy delays in response from the terrible customer service of this company I was informed the correct size had been dispatched. I was provided a Royal Mail tracking number but that number states that Royal Mail have been expecting my delivery for over 2 weeks now. I have contacted Maison Threads on numerous occasions without any response. Please do not use this website to purchase items it’s a scam and you will likely be disappointed.

   not even one star!!! The company is scamming for sure. I returned the product and never get the refund. The phone number is wrong and no one responds the email. The worse experience ever online shopping. I don’t usually leave a bad review but guys don’t buy anything here. I would just think my money donated to the charity.

   I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with this awful company. Returned items as they were delivered dirty. I have tried to get in touch with this company however there is no working telephone number, and they will not respond to emails sent. I sent the clothes back recorded delivery and still no refund. About to start a claim with bank so hopefully that will sort. DO NOT BUY from these lot they are clearly not a respectable company.

   Still waiting for a refund with none getting back to me. The company are awful at replying to emails. I have spent a lot of money on designer wear and the goods don't fit. I have physically returned the goods so there is no excuse not to issue a prompt refund. I have had many issues along the way. Late delivery and very very little communication. AVOID!!! Complaining to my credit card now Adam will not reply to my last 4 emails. Its a joke....

   Absolute joke of a shop. From what I can gather I think they rely on people returning items, then they don’t refund them and then just continue to sell the returned item in whatever state they are returned. I received a pair of D&G trainers ordered as a gift and they were clearly worn, the box is yellow from I hope damp, the box is beaten, there’s no authorisation card at all, the shoes have signs of wear and are dirty. The shoe box also included someone else’s shipping details cut from a bag which obviously was put in from the person who sent for a refund. I have contacted them regarding this and have received absolutely nothing. They don’t bother to contact you

   Absolutely appalling. Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. Shambles of a company. Waited 6 weeks for a refund before claiming back through my credit card. Don’t answer calls or respond to numerous emails. Customer service is non existent. Wouldn’t have placed an order with them if I’d read any of the previous comments. Avoid.

   Totally legit. Asked for some closeups of Lanvin sneakers, came back with the pics the next day. I ordered them and they arrived 2 days later exactly as pictured. The only issue was the packaging, the shoebox was loose inside a pretty huge cardboard box. No damage at all but could have done with some newspaper or something stuffed in there to keep them more secure. Overall great experience though, would certainly shop here again!

   I placed an online order for some kids Golden Goose trainers, they came within 1 business day even though I didn’t pay for next day delivery! I did however need to return these because they did not fit. I went in store to do the return and was assisted by an extremely pleasant gentleman who was extremely helpful. The payment reflected on my PayPal account within an hour, and will be in my bank account within a couple of days. This place is a gem, and they had some great sale items, I will definitely be visiting again! 5 star service!
