   I had a genuinely awful experience at Moss Bros Bradford and feel compelled to warn others. I ordered a suit online and had it delivered to my address (as they didn’t have my usual size in store). When it arrived, I discovered it did not fit me correctly, so I took it into the Bradford store to return it. I then spoke to the manager, Mohammad, who immediately accused me of returning a used suit simply because the tag wasn’t attached to the area he expected and because the stitching at the back of the blazer had been removed — even though this is exactly how the suit arrived to me from their online service. To make matters worse, he even suggested at one point that I had glued the tag back on, as it was still completely intact but was attached in the wrong location.The entire interaction was unprofessional, accusatory, and frankly shocking. If Moss Bros had a more robust and detailed auditing process for online returns before sending items out to customers, situations like this — where innocent customers are wrongly accused — would not happen. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was doing something dishonest when all I did was attempt to return a suit that simple did not fit me. I will not be shopping with Moss Bros again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering online or expecting fair treatment at the Bradford store.

   Absolutely terrible experience with Moss. Their refund and exchange policy is shocking — completely unfair compared to other retailers. I tried to return a trouser and blazer within 7 days, both in perfect condition with labels which were taken off due to my father trying for Comfort but returned with the tags, but they flat out refused to refund or exchange although knowing it was a gift for my father as explained. I contacted their head office, hoping for some sense or fairness, but got a lame, unhelpful reply that showed they couldn’t care less about customer service. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a retailer. Moss clearly doesn’t value their customers. Won’t be using them again and strongly don’t recommend shopping here. You’re far better off going to other suit shops that actually treat customers properly. The response to this review on here will be lame again!!! Will be a generic automated response that they apologise and I would need to contact Moss again, why would I go through this hassle again and same procedure when it could get sorted before. Please don't try being nice on a review now when I have tried hard with Moss!

   Superb Service from start to finish! I booked a personal fitting appointment at the Bradford store to pick out my son’s prom suit. On arrival staff very attentive and took down all sizing etc. and even managed to change my son’s mind about the style of suit he should have ( based on what would suit him !) process was seamless , not too costly and was communicated to via email and telephone the whole way through between leaving the store and collecting the suit. On collection the suit fitted perfectly and wow my son looked amazing - so so pleased with the service received - ‘Good old fashioned customer service’ is hard to get these days but the guys in this store have ‘nailed it! ‘

He checked my measurements and found clothes that are suitable for my size. The suits themselves are of high quality and well designed. I definitely recommend this store.

   There aren't many places left in Bradford to get suits these days. Moss Bros generally have a good selection, however I must say on my last visit looking for a Tux outfit the selection was really limited as well as general suits and sizes. Staff are helpful and will point you in the right direction of what matches and what doesn't. They also have shoes, tie pins, socks etc. Changing room available. Prices range from reasonable up to the medium end like Ted Baker. Always clean and tidy.
