   Never shop from this company and more so online. What a set of jokers. Sent my return in and been over 14 days and still no refund. Chased through many a time and only received one reply to say warehouses not received. Clearly not my concern, as provided evidence of return. If a parcel was lost by courier company how can a customer take ownership of this, clearly you need to chase the courier company if lost etc and reason for none pick up. I just my refund back you robbing company!!! Definitely will never shop from this company again!!!

   This review is purely for Ash the manager not for USC or the business. had trouble at the till and I couldn’t get my order so left without my top but the money still left my account came back and spoke to ash without any hesitation he got on the phone to customer service was told I’d get money back same day still didn’t go in week later visited again he got on the phone again and still didn’t go in for another week. Ash responded to me out of work hours and did all he could for me. Money is in now but left me with uncertainty in future transactions with USC should not of gone of that far. Last words can’t thank Ash enough.

   It’s not common that I have bad experiences, but this one was really bad, so bad that 1.5 or 2 years later I remember and the urge to write this review has persevered. I came to return some shoes or trainers I purchased from another UCS, and the staff at the till had to call the manager because it’s from a different store, the manager said these have been used outside by feeling the soles, I responded with that they clearly not be as all the fat labels are still on and the bottom of the shoe is clean as brand new. She refused & got aggressive so quickly I had never seen a corporate staff member reach this level! I was so astonished, they were actually brand new and after testing them indoors only I decided to return them. I felt stuck, as they weren’t cheap either… I wish I could remember that woman’s name and make sure she never gets a managerial job anywhere else, and that she gets demoted to something appropriate for her intelligence level. Anyway, I returned the shoes at the next closest UCS with no problems, because they were UNUSED!

   Management have such terrible customer service! I went in to exchange a jacket i bought 2 days ago and on two occasions it was refused. The manager said the jacket has been worn in the rain and that they do not sell used stock, he said he will NOT under any circumstance return the item because of the colour run on the inside of the jacket, very rude and arrogant. I had to look at the same jacket from the rails only to find they all had colour run on the inside of them, after presenting this evidence to the manager and only then did he agree to offer an exchange. After humiliating me in front of other members of staff and customers. He assumed the jacket had been worn. what happened to the customer is always right? No manners, no tact, all over a £50 jacket, he even said that the tags had been removed the jacket had been worn and the tags replaced for a refund, i just wanted an exchange because it was a size too small. Appalling experience to say the least, will not be shopping at this store again.

   The staff at this place including the manager himself with glasses is beyond unprofessional and ignorant. I went in the store many times and each time the workers are extreemly rude and unwelcoming and follow you making you feel uncomfortable and they act like its they own personal business and not like they are working for a company. The staff there seem racist and Dont not know how to speak to customers and i would request more customers with similar expiernce to put in a formal complaint as people like these are a disgrace and need to be removed from they position.
