Appalling service, no one on the tills when YOU go search for staff they are chatting on the shop floor and the only member behind a counter is polishing shoes and has no inclination whatsoever of attempting to serve a customer. What a huge change in next service over time.
Called at Foster Square today and so disappointed. Only coats and jumpers available. No nice outfits for work or an interview in the pipeline. Mainly childrens wear which i may add looked lovely. However the womens department was sadly lacking. What a shame . I am guessing it because much is going on line. But the online app is also not good. There are more clothes advertised on there than actual Next clothes. Such a shame
Richard was very helpful in assisting with designs and styles. Great service and help from the staff. They also offer a tailor made measuring service that would be useful to lots.
Went with my husband to buy a suit and shirt/tie for a wedding .The guy that served us couldn't have been more helpful . He was a credit to the store. I believe his name is Richard . Would definitely return based on his great service .
The staff here are so rude !!! I called into the Forster square branch to return some online purchases, the self serve returns box was full , the store was empty apart from one other lady making a return. I was greeted at the counter by a very rude girl wearing an outside coat and chewing gum , no acknowledgment at all from her . I informed her the box was full and I asked if it could be emptied, she showed no interest apart from saying they were short staffed . Finished returning my items and I had to make an obvious point of saying THANK YOU !!! Shockingly bad customer service and very surprised how rude this assistant actually was . I usually go to the branch in Guiseley, the staff are so lovely there , I certainly won’t be visiting this branch again . Date and time of visit 07/11/24 5.07 pm . The manager can check the cameras and see how this member of staff conducts herself.

Love coming here. The staff are so friendly and helpful, making it a stress-free shopping experience. The shop itself is clean and well laid out. Great selection of quality stock at decent prices. Much better than the overpriced and overhyped Broadway outlet. Thanks again.
