Delivery time is very very long. Even click & collect take ages. This has happened more than twice to me. Recent example ordered cuban collar shirt 23 Dec 2025 & i will get it in store after the new year. Rest of the retailers are suoer fast
Just went to buy trousers. The man at the desk/till never smiled but not even looked at me; even when he gave my bag back after I paid, he willingly looked somewhere else. Never seen such rudeness. What is this man doing in a shop?
Good service from the women at the baby section, went beyond and helped when there was an item not in stock
I took an online purchase back to the Broadway branch. I had, had it over 6months but had only just worn it. There was an obvious flaw in the material, that became apparent on wear. I found the manageress to be abrupt and unhelpful. She obviously couldnt be bothered to return it citing that it was over 6 months. I emailed customer service with a picture. They acknowledged the fault and refunded within days. Great customer service online. Poor store service.
Especially the baby and kids clothing here are my fave’s ❤️❤️❤️
A worker in there called salma was very helpful in suggesting the right jacket to buy for work
Went to check outs to pay for my shopping. The guy (uwais) serving seemed rude, he used foul language towards in one of his colleagues which I found inappropriate in front of a customer. He didn't bother folding the clothes properly into the bad and just shoved it in anyhow, very unprofessional
Very helpful one staff member halima was nice approachable and friendly very bubbly person who took her time out to help me even tho she was alone on the floor most the time very much recommended to family and friends
The sale queue's say it all. The lovely kids clothes section is the best. Next has clothes - footwear - bags - accessories and household items such as soft furnishing, kitchen items and alot more.
