Very very helpful staff, and quality of clothing is amazing and reasonably priced, some amazing bargains atm. Treat myself to winter coat fantastic quality, so warm and excellent price.
Don't go in this store, manager was so rude and arrogant, they only want to rip you off. Once you bought anything, any unfortunately you have to return then they show you the real face with silly excuses. As a client you never know how they tie the tags and I guess nobody bothers it as far as tag is attached. In short the manager needs to learn customer service and should be sacked
went to return an item and even before speaking to her, a member of staff with blond hair put up (i presume she was a manager) rolled her eyes. she refused the exchange which i was fine with but the manner i was treated and spoken to with, coupled with her bad attitude, was really disappointing and i will definitely be frequenting the leeds branch instead. she spoke in a very condescending manner. it appears through past reviews that others have had similar experiences at the store and i would not recommend visiting the broadway branch on account of the unhelpful and frankly rude staff.
Refused to exchange a hoodie purchased two days prior. Manager was rude and arrogant. Never again!
Lovely friendly staff, the lady that served me was amazing
Lots of choice, staf friendly and helpful
