You won’t find customer service like this anywhere else. After noticing a small issue with an item I had purchased, Keeley responded promptly to a message on social media and went well beyond my expectations to help me out. Late on a SUNDAY night (day before the function just to add some more pressure!), Keeley organised a replacement and delivered it to me in person. I honestly can’t thank her enough. Blown away with her generosity, I’ll definitely be visiting the shop again and will be singing her praises for many years. THANK YOU.
