   Having ordered a coat online recently I found it was too big, rather than go through postal return service however I called the Ilkley shop and they were happy to exchange in store. A great level of service which sums up what is clearly a top class brand. I had a toddler with me which made browsing difficult but all clothing in store was clearly of a high quality and I will definitely be back! The coat was brilliant as well btw, I was looking to exchange but with none in stock this was a great gesture to allow a full refund.
