   Let me be very clear: my experience at The Mughal Emporium, Leeds Road, was awful from start to finish. The two men working there couldn’t even agree on their own prices, each visit came with a new story, a new “discount,” and a new excuse. When I went back to place the order, the man with glasses suddenly denied everything he’d previously said. The attitude was unreal. It ruined my Sunday morning and honestly felt like a complete waste of time. I hope sharing this saves someone else from the same disappointment.

   Excellent customer service, especially from Zain who was very polite, thoughtful and kind. We came 2-3 times from ordering to leaving with our purchase for my younger brother, and Zain was attentive and provided a personal experience and did what was best for him. They have good attention to detail and stick to timings, and do what they say they will do and are reliable and honest people. We will happily buy from them again. My brother's outfit got lots of compliments!

   Beautiful shop for men clothing. They have everything you can ask for, for Asian weddings, events and even casual. I got my sherwani from here and my friends and family got matching waistcoats and Prince coats from here. Amazing service and outstanding quality. Also better prices than the other popular stores in Bradford.

   Scammers ended up giving me the wrong suit for my family’s wedding I asked for white they gave me some cream colour went back after realising they ended up selling all the white and charged me extra for swapping to another white Which was similar but not the one we wanted disgusted with these people and my whole family bought a suit each about 25 of us and 5 of them was wrong colour how do u make a mistake like that and they spoke to us like we was in the wrong and was our fault when clearly was there fault now 5 of us have to wear a different white because of there mistake u have lost our sale never again will we be using you and we’re lucky we realised today and not the day before the wedding which is only a few days away boycott this place they will end up ruining a wedding which you don’t want !!!
