Purchased the Room on the Broom Tonie box character for my little girl as this is one of her favourite stories, it went down a hit! I bought a scoot and ride for my son as a birthday gift. They did not ship my item for 2days. After 5 days, they just replied to my email and cancelled my order. I did complain about their customer care and service, they even haven't responded. So, Scandiborn/The Kid Collective are not reliable.
Item didn’t not arrive on time after paying express delivery and now no longer needed as it was a gift. Customer service awful, would not accept reliability for getting my item received on time trying to fob me off saying it’s within their delivery time, and that I still have to pay for return fee! What a joke for a first (and last) time customer.
The dolls are amazing! Very inclusive and what little girl or boy wouldn't love a doll that looks like them or their favourite person. I was drawn to the website after looking for a boy baby doll with red hair. They have lovely toys that would make great gifts. I did get the baby doll and the service was great. Highly recommend.
Great range of products and toys for your little one. Space Masks are a firm favourite for myself and they have some lovely wooden toys that would make a great addition to any kids bedroom!

Lovely products on the site but you have to pay for your own returns unless an item is faulty - I ordered something where the fabric wasn't as expected so want to return and will be left out of pocket. Won't be ordering again for this reason which is a shame.
