   My elderly mother had a very nasty experience from the attitude of a more senior member of staff on the till at the Coventry store. She had purchased a bra and tried it on once at home but it didn’t fit. She returned in the time period with the receipt. The first younger lady on the till (very pleasant) said she would have to check with her supervisor (the older woman). When she took the bra out of the bag, she looked at it and said it had “obviously been worn” and said it was “on the wrong hanger” - which is their doing, not my mothers. She refused the refund, then shoved the bag towards my mother - who pushed the bag back and walked off as they didn’t deserve any more time or attention. It left her shaken - disgusting customer service!

   I went in on friday during my break around 1:30 to enquire about a job position available in store and had a drink in my hand. Having Never entered bonmarche before and not knowing about not allowed to take a drink inside with me when i went up to the lady to ask politely about handing my cv in for the position, she said manager wont be back until 3 with an attitude and spoke very rudely and unpleasantly about not allowed drinks in store yet i still apologised and left the store. Even If i was spoken to in a nicer tone about not being allowed drinks i would have still left the store respecting their policy. So wanting to go in there to apply for a position and leaving dissapointed not wanting to hand a cv in. My first time in Bonmarche and within couple minutes there i was out and dissapointed. This is not for all staff just the one who was in friday around that time. As a supervisor myself, its all about first impressions and amazing customer service.

   I like to shop here usually for tops as they have pretty floral designs. The changing rooms are quite posh and good sized too. Nice, friendly staff!

   Always loved Bonne Marche in Rugby then it closed down so happy that the 1 in Coventry is still open. Plenty of choice for the larger ladies. Very helpful, friendly staff. Good quality clothing at affordable prices.
