Took my daughter here today for her first piercings, the shop was super busy but we were made to feel welcome and not rushed. The shop is spotless, great selection of jewellery and very fairly priced. Everything was clearly explained and Hannah did an amazing job and made us both feel right at ease. Needless to say we will be back for more!
Lovely and welcoming staff! I had Leanne and Hannah taking care of me today, listening and answering all the questions I had as I was nervous getting my helix done! I was given good advice for care and management and I walked away very happy with a new piercing and confidence. Thank you guys ❤️ Definitely recommend :)
So helpful and attentive! Hannah was so good and reassuring whilst I got my flat helix done. They definitely made it an easy process, especially as I had three piercings done. So professional they helped me choose what look would be best for my ears. Definitely would recommend for anybody.
I had such a brilliant experience at Blue Banana! I went in for two new ear piercings and from start to finish the team were amazing. Leanne gave us such a warm welcome when we entered the shop and there was only a short wait. I loved that they texted me when it was my turn so I didn’t have to sit around clock-watching (we grabbed a coffee while waiting). Leanne also helped me get the right size bars for some of my other old piercings, which now fit and look so much better. Hannah did my piercings and was great, she double checked that I was happy with the placements before piercing, she was so quick when piercing, and she was just as excited as I was when I saw them in the mirror! Leanne also came over to have a look, which was so nice as you can tell the staff genuinely care and want you to be happy with the result. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
We had such a great experience at Blue Banana last week for my daughter’s ear piercing. We were greeted by Leanne who made us feel so welcome, she explained all the form and helped my daughter choose some lovely earrings. My daughter then had her ears pierced by Hannah who was absolutely amazing with her. She was patient, reassuring, and explained everything so clearly, which helped my daughter feel calm and excited. The whole process felt very professional and safe. We left with one very happy little girl who can’t stop showing off her ears! Would definitely recommend Blue Banana to anyone!
