   We don't like how everything you purchase is recorded and your data stored. We don't like how M&S seem to ensure no white Engkish men are used on their advertising boards or emails. The stores are nicely kept and product quality still high, but prices are hiking time and again as Britain continues to decline

   A reasonable sized M&S. Good for food and Ladieswear. There's a smaller mens and children's section too, but no homeware section. Also has a pretty decent lingerie department, with bra fitting available, although, I think, you, need to pre-book online. The staff are lovely and always willing to help. There's plenty parking available as the carpark has two levels, with x 2 lifts. Spaces are sardine tight though! And expensive. 15mins used to be free. Good when you just wanted to pop in for one item, now it's £2.50!

   A consistently good experience at the Halifax M&S. It's always busy, which speaks to its popularity, but there is always lots of stock on the shelves. It's a good-sized shop with a brilliant range. We especially love the Food Hall, there's always something nice for tea! Highly recommended for reliable quality and choice.

   I normally love shopping in M & S in Halifax in fact we go at least once a week if not more. However today I had an item to return and was struggling to get the barcode to read and asked for help, the assistant who came was quite abrupt and condescending in her response to my dilemma, maybe she was having a bad day?? The young man who came to help another lady having trouble was really kind and helpful and didn’t make her feel she should know better!!

   Bought clothing using self-service till very easy also returned item using self service so easy when you've returned a member of staff takes it away no queueing job done. We also use the cafejust be aware it gets very busy about 11.45 and queue ca. be very long. Staff friendly food lovelyas you'd expect. There are toilets also 1 disabled carpark on 2 levels and lift up to street level

   Having called into the food department, I'm very disappointed to find that the seats in the food department. My elderly mum had to dropped off at the door while i went to park i told her that there was a few seats by the till. When i got in store NO SEATING. When i asked why they had been removed i was told " health and safety " or was it the manager thought it looked untidy. There are plenty of people who might need a seat for a few minutes. When i went to buy cloths l told my mum to go and sit in the shoe department while i queued, she came back saying no seating, how are you supposed to try footwear if you don't have good balance. But that is obviously another complaint. There was also another comment about seating, do's any one look at these reviews ??? Staff are lovely no complaints there

   Didn't have my bra size in. They ordered it. I also haven't been able to find Turkish delight, yet they had a large box. Did some more food shopping. Yum and reasonably priced.

   In Halifax branch today searching for a new bra and fitting. I hadn’t booked but a lovely lady called Lisa managed to squeezed me in as I was unable to return before my holiday. She was extremely helpful, efficient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. She fitted me perfectly and I bought two bras. HUGE thank you to Lisa for helping me out.

   No surprise, good quality and lots of choice. Helpful and friendly staff. That all said, and not unique to this store why don’t stores like this provide seating for men. Don’t get me wrong I like shopping with my wife BUT there are times a seat would be nice to rest the weary feet
