“I bought a pair of walking boots a few months ago and the trim on both boots started to ‘lift’ away. I went back to the shop to let the owners know. They took photos and contacted the company immediately. I literally walked out of the shop and received a phone call from them saying I would receive a brand new pair of boots. Amazing customer service is an understatement. I am a great believer in supporting local businesses and this scenario highlights how a business like BAC Outdoor Leisure Ltd deserves a fabulous review. Went through customer service On Line & within 24 hrs & giving them some information was told to take them back and I would receive a refund or gift card Went to the shop yesterday & all I had to show was the e Mail & was given a gift card with the amount on.
