   Hi, I'd like to thank all the staff for all helping with my issues trying to find Victoria's secret pyjamas in a small short size. In particular the young girl who served me was very patient yet very keen to offer me helpful alternatives whilst I was fighting against an autistic meltdown (deserves a reward from the shop!). She was the daughter of another member of staff I believe. Thank you all and have a nice Christmas

   Worst customer service! Got gifted a suit but wrong size trousers. Still has tag on it but was missing the bar code which was not on the trousers when I purchased. I mentioned of an event next day but didn’t want to help, even though I had explained this to Next customer service over the phone before coming here. Manager at the store didn’t want to help or acknowledge how urgent this was. Told me to get proof of purchase but couldn’t as it was a gift. Poor service all around and waste of my time.

   I had no plan to go here, but I saw a suit that i liked, tried it on and bought it. The store held a good selection and although I wanted one with a waistcoat, none was on shown display. When we asked if it came with one, Jayden was very helpful - he checked the system and found one on site for me to try on. Although the style wasn't right, he was polite, chatty and informative in offering other options. Not often someone can be bothered, so well done and thank you Jayden/Next.

   I came in for a click and collect order. The store is small but very modern and good looking. My only issue was that after putting my order number into the tablet I was waiting for my order for around 15-20 minutes which sort of defeats the point of doing the order online as in that time I could've just bought my order from the store. Hopefully they can streamline the service for the future.

   Got told that they had stopped the size my partner has wich is short legged but when a blond woman asked he directed them directly to the short legged section not on not right not off there again
