   We visited this shop with my mum to find her mother of the bride dress and the experience was truly exceptional. We went back multiple times, and each visit we were met with incredible patience, care and understanding. They completely appreciated how important it was for my mum to feel the dress was absolutely perfect and they never rushed or pressured us. They actually picked out the dress for her - something we never would have chosen ourselves - and it just shows how much we trusted their expertise. The dress is absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to see my mum wearing it on my special day. The customer service was genuinely above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough for being such a special and memorable part of my wedding journey. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just a dress, but a wonderful experience.

   My daughter has two proms coming up and wanted something really special to wear. We booked an appointment at Revolve in Leamington Spa, not quite sure what to expect or how much choice there would be. When we arrived, we were amazed by the size of the upstairs room and the incredible range of beautiful dresses. The lady who looked after us was brilliant – she asked my daughter about the colours and styles she had in mind, then brought out a stunning selection of dresses for her to try. We were genuinely spoilt for choice. We left with a dress that’s absolutely beautiful and so stylish, along with matching shoes and a coordinating bag. The whole experience was a real pleasure – Revolve will definitely be our go-to shop for special occasions in future!

   I had a wonderful experience at Revolve. Arrived an hour early for my appointment (we had travelled a long way) but they were very welcoming and the dress that I had chosen online was already waiting for me in the dressing room. (huge range of dresses to choose from in store too). Staff were so attentive even though they were in a very busy period with Prom season. Recommended a super cafe close by whilst they added an extra hook and eye and steamed my dress. Woulld highly recommend Jackie and her team. Thank you for wonderful customer service.

   What an amazing experience! The shop is full of dresses for all occasions, also shoes and headware. The owner is lovely and obviously loves what she does. The lady that helped my friend (who knew what she wanted but could not find it) narrowed down a number of options. After about an hour of dedicated service my friend had her mother of the bride dress. She said Yes to the dress! So delighted. Thank you.

   We spent along time in the shop yesterday my daughter couldn’t make her mind up on her prom dress. We were served by a lady called Nikki and she was so helpful and at no point did we feel like she’d had enough of us her patience was amazing even though she was dealing with other girls aswell .    Visited Revolve to buy a Prom dress for my daughter. Terrible customer service. We visited on a Saturday morning and they had booked in far too many appointments, we had only been there around 30 minutes when we were told the next appointment had arrived and that we needed to leave. We were hurried out as the next customer needed the changing room! They treat people like cattle, and there is absolutely no customer care. Such a shame as they have a lovely selection of dresses but the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.
