Racist employees, do not shop here. Complained about us specifically coming on Boxing Day sales midday and having to open due to customers like us visiting on boxing day (during general business hours). Actually it's probably only during sales that overpriced medium-quality shops are able to turn a profit. Don't go to this shop. It's not a customers fault you opened up on 26th vs 27th. Book your holidays, you're legally entitled to annual leave. Get a better job if they don't give you annual leave. But with their customer service skills, these old women don't even deserve a job selling shoes.

Took my daughter recently with Grandma to buy shoes. Jillian was very attentive and helped us with our little whirlwind running around . 5stars. Thank you.

While the in-store staff member was incredibly helpful, a follow-up with the manager was completely different. The day after purchasing some childrenβs shoes, I called the store to speak with the manager about exchanging them for a different size, and unfortunately, she was rude and dismissive. She spoke to me in a condescending manner and made me feel like my query was a burden. Itβs disappointing because the assistant who dealt with me in the shop was great, but the managerβs attitude really soured the overall experience. Customer service should be about helping customers, not making them feel unwelcome or like theyβre causing trouble. I really hope the managerβs attitude is addressed, as it doesnβt reflect the quality of service Clarks is known for.

Blimey, where do I start. Woman (obviously manager) came and stood about a foot away from me whilst I got my little one out of the pram, no hello, nothing, just dead pan. I asked if she was okay and she just smiled and nodded. Never felt so awkward in my life! Eventually she asked why I was there.. I thought it might have been obvious, but obviously not. A trainee measured my little ones feet and another colleague asked if he could check - it was completely wrong, but they proceded to argue amongst themselves.. we made a swift exit without a purchase. I'll probably just measure them myself in future.

We asked for a size 9 child shoes. Looks ok and we bought it. Then halfway home, we noted that they have given a 9 and 10 sizes for our grandkid. Had to go all the way back... rubbish

Called in to get the boy some new trainers and the lady that served us was absolutely amazing!! She alone deserves the 5 stars, she was so helpful and great with my son, an all round great experience.

Great service. Went for my daughters feet measuring. She's just gone two and was very unhelpful. The lady who helped us was super friendly, helpful and very patient. It's just a shame the children's shies are so expensive given how quickly they grow out of them.

Called into Clarks Halifax today, I've been looking for a nice pair of boots and finally found some at Clarks. The staff were really helpful, they advised me on which boots looked good on me, helping me make the best decision. The boots are good quality I am very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend!
