Really bad service customer service was very poor Attitude was very negative towards customer by staff including management. The workers are never approachable to customers
Called in for school shoes. Surprised to see very few shoes in general on shelving. Good friendly service during a foot measure and purchase.

Awful attitude from the two female staff members. Due to this I changed my mind about purchasing from here full stop. I do not recommend this branch the staff are offhandish and rude and this is apparent as soon as you enter the store. Avoid
Good selection if shoes, styles and prices. Bargains to be had when they have Sales there. No parking near shop as it is in a precinct,but not too far away from parking spots with parking meters.
Absolutely lovely staff. Ended up not having what we wanted, but they went to all lengths to locate it and order it in for us. Would definitely shop here again.
We got my 3 year old measured in the Leeds store on Sunday afternoon. The assistant said she was a size 10E, but a 9.5G would be best for her. So taking the assistants advice after she helped my daughter try them on and telling us they are right, that is what we left with (we trusted the assistant to have experience and know what she was on about). My daughter was still complaining that she had sore feet by Wednesday so I took her into the Keighley store, and saw Leanne who measured her again and helped us try on some more shoes. Leanne was fantastic, admitting that it was definitely a misfit and that she would do an exchange for us with the right size (even though the others were now covered in playdoh and paint- from a few days at nursery). Can’t thank Leanne enough, she was so patient and willing to help.
