   Had a bad experience today at MOSS Coventry city centre, bought last week a Blazer for £189 and sent it to the tailor for another £40.50 , problem was that today when i did go to pick it up it was NOT ok at the shoulders ( looks like i have wings), i told them that it was not ok and to send it back to the tailor, they refused and said that it was ok , i told them to give me a refund as the Blazer looks like I just joined the army and have epaulettes, also they refused..... i strongly advise NOT to shop at MOSS Coventry or do not pay in advance as they are not professional !!

   Very poor experience — Justina was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help with a simple return. Instead of resolving the issue, she blamed me for something clearly done by the Bullring store. I’ve bought over 15 suits from Moss Bros in the last 10 years, but this branch consistently delivers unprofessional and unhelpful service. Avoid Coventry if you value good customer care.

   I visited Moss Bros today to shop for outfits for an Indian wedding. The young lady who assisted us was wonderful – very kind, patient, attentive and helpful throughout. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the gentleman working there. He came across as dismissive and unapproachable, not speaking to us and instead just staring. At one point, he even rolled his eyes at a lighthearted joke my elderly grandmother made, which we found particularly rude. It was clear he thought we didn’t notice, but we certainly did. His attitude made the experience cold and uncomfortable, which is a real shame given the occasion we’re shopping for. Because of this, we won’t be returning. However, we visited Charlie Browns prior to this, and had the most wonderful experience, cared for and attended to by all workers :)

   We had a wonderful experience at the Coventry store, when we called in to buy a shirt and tie to match a waistcoat. Although it was a small purchase Wael (we hope we have the correct name) was patient and very helpful. Wael even pointed us in the direction of a great coffee shop. Moss Bros, please ensure that our thanks are passed on, and we hope you appreciate the amazing staff you have and are committed to them, as they are to you.

   I visited Moss Bros Coventry to pick a suit for an official event. I'm not going to write about the type of models, or cloth type nor praise Moss bros. I'm writing this review only to appreciate one of their diligent staff 'Wael'. The guy knows his stuff and helped me with just the kind of suit I had in my mind. Thank you for being so polite Wael, the model and size you suggested sure did wonders :)

   Me and my girlfriend came in on Saturday afternoon, as I was looking for a suit for work and formal events. Justina was an absolute star- very kind, smiley and super helpful, spending lots of time helping me find the perfect fit (which was of high quality and worth every penny!) Wonderful service from her, she deserves a raise! Would definitely shop here again based on this experience!

   100% Recommended ! I never knew shopping for men could be this interesting. I have never experienced such amazing service ever before. Justyna was such an Angel, she was very welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Also, her knowledge on fabrics, fittings, accessories and colour combinations was just fascinating. Moreover, she was so patient to answer all my basic doubts. Great selection of suits and shirts I I purchased the entire bridegroom apparel and accessories and I am definitely going back for more.    First class service from Wael for fitting a wedding suit as father of the bride, he also sorted out the groom's outfit at same time although he was not on original appointment. Made us feel extremely comfortable and his attention to detail was second to none, cannot praise him enough, credit to the shop. Followed up by excellent service when collecting suit and choosing a shirt.
