   Excellent, I was in and out within 20 mins. I went in knowing I wanted a tuxedo, and I came out with an exact one, in my exact sizes with a shirt and a bow. The staff member (Kelly, in the Coventry branch) made it quick and was very helpful in helping me out. The suits are a decent quality, at a reasonable price too. Only time will tell on durability, but all seems well so far. Thanks for the help Kelly.

   Very terrible experience recently with this shop. I bought suit for someone as a present and I already explained them on the day of my purchase. They told me they will refund me If in case it’s not fit. Unfortunately when I went to return they totally changed and said they can’t refund as suit looks worn. I explained them that I bought it for someone and when he try this suit it didn’t fit and i want to return they refused to return and the guy was very rude with us he shouted on us. We never ever had this terrible experience before. Very poor customer service. Please avoid this shop for shopping.

   Went in this Sunday just gone in abit of a rush as I needed a suit for a funeral in the next couple of days. I have never really shopped for a suit before but there was a very pleasant and helpful man there who helped me get the right one. I ended up with the Madrid 2 piece that wasn't too expensive but just right for what I needed. It was comfortable and fitted well. I had received multiple compliments when wearing it. Unfortunately I couldn't remember the gentleman's name but because of him my experience in the shop was made a whole lot better and would definitely go there again. Thank you

   Lovely gent behind the counter who was very helpful and knowledgeable about suits and fitting. Needed a suit for a wedding and staff were very patient and not over bearing. Prices are fair and they have a wide range of suits to accommodate for most budgets. They also have a sale section which has good prices but with limited sizes. Will be going back again should I need another suit.

   Wide variety of suits, liked the milan range, all seem to be Polyester and not wool, that said prices reflect that and are very competitive. Staff discreet but there if you need assistance, liked that.
