Really un helpful and liars. Bought suit online. Needed alterations. Called Leamington shop. Guys said no we don’t do that, even if you bought it from Moss. Called Coventry shop, they said of course we do alterations. Come in and we will tailor it for you. Well done Coventry shop. Thank you. Leamington shop, W⚓️!
Extremely disappointing — after Pablo reassured me over the phone that the store would help, I was refused in person by Sue (Manager), who handled the situation rudely and without fairness. A simple return turned into a time-wasting and frustrating ordeal. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from Moss Bros.
Leo was absolutely a lifesaver. I had picked out a suit and tried it at a different branch, then brought the measurements to this store. Before placing the order, Leo suggested I double-check the fit to make sure I was completely happy. I agreed, and he went and found the sizes I had requested. It turned out they were not the right sizes. He helped me figure out what would be better, then ordered it and checked it with me when it arrived. It saved my wedding from being a stressful last-minute disaster. The entire team were similarly helpful and non-pushy. Highly, highly, highly recommend this store. Great staff.
Outstanding service, quality suit, highly satisfied. On our first visit, we were assisted by a couple of very friendly and knowledgeable staff members (unfortunately we didn't catch their names), who helped us choose a very nice autumn suit for a graduation. On our second visit, we brought in shoes, pocket squares, and ties we already owned to try with the suit. Mark showed us multiple excellent-looking combinations of accessories, using what we already had and a couple of items from their shop. Mark went above and beyond, he stayed 30mins after closing time just to help us choose the perfect tie / pocket square combination. He also impressed us with his extensive sartorial knowledge and eye for colour. On top of this, he worked very hard to try to source a waistcoat for us. Was treated like a millionaire on both occasions, would recommend.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect suit to complement my partners outfit What really stood out was Mark’s dedication—he went the extra mile by staying over 10 minutes after closing to ensure my fittings were perfect and everything was finalised. Had the best experience 10/10!

Walked in today and asked for some help. Explained that I was after a cheap white shirt, black trousers and a v neck black jumper (if they had one) for a funeral, so basically just to be worn for one day. First thing I was asked to try was a £160 jacket (that I didnt want), then an £80 pair of trousers, finally a £40 shirt which was the cheapest even though your website stated otherwise...(£9.99) Bought 6 wedding suits from here previously, as why I returned. Pretty disappointing tbh. Listen to your customers. If it was out of my price range, tell me.
Really great experience this morning. Shout out to Aimi - who after explaining I needed a shirt and trousers for an event that day actually spent 20 minutes steaming them so they’d be ready to wear! Thanks Aimi & the team!
5 star service. Aimi was very helpful and found the perfect suit for me! Also on the wedding day I popped in and they helped me with my tie, hanky and removed all the stitching from the blazer. Felt a million dollars walking out the shop. Will definitely be going back for another suit. Highly recommend!!!
