   If I could give this a zero star I would ,went to have a key cut and it didn't work so I went back and was told the next key would definitely work. Also didn't work. Was told by a sign next to the chaos that you could get your money back. I didn't get my money back. I was told to have store credit. What the hell do I need store credit for? Will never be using this service again. Absolutely disgusting !!

   Visited to get a pair of Dr Martens cut down from 8 eyelet to 6, and to get a pair of ankle boots resoled. They kept me updated and were able to do the job same day as I travelled from out of town. Really friendly service, great communication and the boots look great. Really happy, would recommend!

   I’ve used the heel bar a few times. One pair of Jeffery West boots they sorted straight away whereas a competitor was telling me I had to wait because they weren’t trained. The heel bar is good service and well priced!

   Was looking to get my Dr Marten’s cut down from 8 eye to 6 eye so sent them off from Cardiff to The Heel Bar. Dipesh was super friendly and helpful through instagram and got them sorted for me in just a couple of days after receiving. They look absolutely amazing! Dipesh is very skilled at what he does and I would definitely recommend!

   Needed a lock and extra keys cut urgently, got to The Heel Bar just before they closed, the staff (not sure if he’s the owner?) was REALLY helpful and took his time to test all keys and making sure they all worked, really professional and provided excellent service. They do other services, such as; dry cleaning, shoes repairing & caring, watches repairing / battery changing, also sell shoes, keys related products, etc. Located inside Morrisons in Glenfield, plenty free parking spaces, including disabled parking spaces and children and parent’s parking spaces. Thank you & Highly recommended

   I contacted the Heel Bar on Instagram to get my Dr Martens cut down from an 8 eyelet to 6. They were really helpful and replied quickly! It was very easy to send my boots off to them as I’m not local and they kept me updated on receiving my boots and when they had completed the work- which was so quick!! The boots look amazing, the work is top notch and look very professional. Would highly recommend! Thanks guys for the brilliant work
