A traditional menswear shop, the likes of which is rare to encounter these days. Very well stocked - I was unsure I would find some traditional button braces without having to order online and wait, but there was an excellent selection in the shop. (Stupid reviews here saying they could find items cheaper online should be ignored: the braces were competitively priced and, guess what, if you want the convenience of a shop where you can try on clothes, and not have to wait, that might cost a bit more because there are costs associatedwith operating a retail premises. But actually the prices seemed competitive although it would be impossible for a shop to always price every item in line with online prices anyway)

I purchased a shirt yesterday with a retail value of £49.95. It is even currently on the brands website for £29.95. However I was charged £79.95 in the Hazell F Smith shop. No items had any pricing on them and I was completely shocked when the payment went through as this shirt is not worth £80! - £50 over the current retail value. I asked for a refund as I felt uncomfortable with the excessive pricing, but I was refused and only offered a credit note or exchange. I would never use this shop again after reading many reviews on Google having the same experience regarding overpricing and poor customer service. I feel totally ripped off, frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I've bought a shirt at this store and wanted to look up the brand to check if there were more patterns sold online, only to find out I was sold a rip-off! The shirt costs originally on the brands website 50 pounds and it was sold to me at 80. I find it hard to see how the price could increase almost twofold.

An absolute great shopping experience at this fine outfitters. The chap that served me was polite and extremely patient. I tried on several 100% mens wool caps on. I was given good advice about the fitting. I eventually purchased a Failsworth Abraham Moon Cap and it fits perfectly. Highly recommend this establishment. Thank you for a great experience at your shop. Hope to visit again soon for a waist coat.

Went in the shop today to purchase a shirt and was talked down to by a member of staff , I buy a lot of clothes and spend a considerable amount on quality garments and no other tailors I use treat good customers in this way . They were also charging far more than other retailers for the same Viyella shirts!! Things need to improve!!

The best outfitter I know outside of London. Everything is quality and British made where possible. They offer a bespoke service made by a local tailor.

I love this shop! It's the only place in Leamington where you can buy a decent hat. The owner is a trained tailor and sources his stock from some great independent manufacturers that you have probably never heard of. The ambiance and service is very traditional; sadly places like this are now a rarity on UK high streets.
