   Shop a lot at Fatface but often have to order online as there isn’t a store where I live. Used the opportunity whilst in Leamington to return a dress which was too big. The manager(female) made me feel humiliated by insisting on me proving that I had paid by paypal and show her my bank statement even though I had already shown her the email confirmation. I was intending to try on and buy some items that I had seen online but I just left mortified at the queue that had built up in the meantime. Will be unlikely to buy from Fatface again if it is too difficult to return items.

   Well stocked. More female clothing, compared to male. My husband was a bit disappointed. Still worth a visit but a bit overpriced, in my opinion.

   Went here to look for menswear but was very disappointed not much to offer and all clothing a bit to velvety if you get what I mean. However once visited never to be returned so that not too good for me.. however friendly staff and smiles so thank you but just not my style unfortunately oh sorry
