    Jane gave THEE worst service today. So rude. First the eye roll when she had to come to the till. Then the absolute dismissive, abrupt tone of voice, really turned my entire Tong garden centre experience off. If you hate working in a face to face customer service role....just leave

    Very poor customer service, manager Joanne was rude and abrupt when we asked a question regarding the shoes. She was very short, cutting and not willing to help. Would not recommend.

    Just experienced the most wonderful customer service by Joanne and her colleagues at the Pavers unit at Tong Garden Centre west Yorkshire . I had an issue with a pair of shoes, it wasn't a straight forward query, but Joanne sorted it out in a friendly and professional manner

    Franchise inside Tong garden centre, well set out unfortunately being a lady with size 8 feet they never seem to have any shoes I like that fit me. All the larger size shoes appear very old fashioned

    Customer service was excellent, ordered some trainers on Monday and they were here for yesterday Thursday 21.4.2022. Sadly they were too big for me and I had to return them as they don't have a size 2 in it, still will keep looking in the hope of some smaller size. Good quality on all goods.
