   My wife had 2 pairs of boots (one a replacement) from here, which only lasted a matter of weeks. On returning the first 2 pairs there was no apology for the obvious poor quality of product. Now having received a 2nd replacement, we were informed this would not be replaced or refunded for any defects - which is in contravenance of our legal statutory rights - inferring my wife was somehow complicit in the damage. We won't be shopping here again, which hurts us more than the shop, but we have to stick by our principles.

   I walked into shoe zone today with my 3 daughters to buy plimsoles for school. on entering i was barked at by a member of staff " CAN YOU WAIT OUTSIDE, WE'RE ONLY ALLOWED 7 CUSTOMERS AT A TIME IN THE SHOP!!!" no visible sign stating this at the door and i felt Humiliated! i wont be going in there again Appalling customer service!!!!!
