    As a customer of Wheels Van Centre, I must express my dissatisfaction. The Ford Transit I purchased from this company was supposed to have a documented service at an authorized dealer. Dave Richards assisted me at the company's office. During the transaction, I was not provided with a service booklet. Unfortunately, despite numerous requests via email, I did not receive one. The number of previous owners also did not match. The website stated that the Ford Transit was from the first owner, but I received a logbook with information about three previous owners. I am disappointed with the reliability of this company. After the transaction, the company does not respond to emails.

    absolute cowboys 0 customer service . Rude behaviour of all staff . When you go to their office all of staff is just sitting on their table free and will stare at you like some aliens got in their office . No greetings for having a seat . Bought van from them and got issues on the second week engine check light on dashboard got it done the next day . Then on motorway the brakes stopped working . Got back to their so called yard to get it done upon collection of vehicle a new problem showed up engine making an extraordinary sound within 2 mins i got back to yard and i was yelled by martin for bringing that vehicle back and was told that everything is done on vehicle theres no fault . When i asked to check it one time he just snatches the keys from me saying come back tomorrow leave vehicle here . Then on the next day when i went there to collect my van someone over there with long hairs looks like big fat tarzan who is the biggest cowboy among them asking me to stand outside where day before i was asked to come in and collect keys . I bought three vehicles from another company elstree van centre and never seen any problem with my van just this one van make me loose £1500 in my business for 3 days .

    We purchased two Ford Transits from this company which were advertised 'as new'. I send an email asking about any damage and if they had spare tyres and was told by Dave in sales there was no damage and yes there were spare wheels. The vehicles were delivered and after giving them a thorough inspection (after the drivers were quick to leave) we found one was missing a main key which did come a week or so later, multiple bodywork damage and to bumpers, a bald tyre, faulty parking sensors, lifted ply lining, no spare tyres. I contacted Dave and said these were not 'as new' and have never been given an explanation and a request for a refund as compensation has not been replied (it has been around 2 months). We then had the vehicles in a main dealer to be speed limited and when doing a free health check they noted rear end damage to one of the vehicles. I sent the report to Dave and again, no reply or explanation. Make sure you check the vehicles over THOROUGHLY before doing any business with this company and good luck if have any issues. We buy a lot of vans from different smaller dealers and will never use this company again!

    Van arrived with no MOT, lucky I checked before driving it. Was sent back for MOT and 2 x bodywork repairs. Sent back with 1 repair and MOT. Requested service docs which they don't have?! Mileage in service book 9000 miles out, dated and stamped Feb 20, when we asked MARTIN for the docs we were informed it wasn't serviced... but it wasn't Martin's fault... don't blame him (pretty sure after sales are meant to help with the after sale?). FAKE DOCUMENTATION, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hopefully the motor ombudsman will deal with them before they rip anyone else off.

    All vans they have fake mileage with in 6 month my vw crafter 2015 reg engine breakdown guy call martin very rude dont know how to speak with customers when i email to tell all story no one reply me my van was on payment plan still left £11000 to pay finance company for 5 years and van unable to fixe Thanks for stop my future you big company you have no problem i was middle class person and dont know how to clear my finance what previous works has been done and what needs to be done as dealership you tell your customers i lost my job because i can not afford other van please i am telling everyone don't buy any thing from them otherwise you will cry like me

    Lovely service highly recommended. I purchased 2 vans from wvc at the turn of the year and they run like a dream. The service from the salesman was top draw. A few small problems with 1 van but it was rectified immediately and nothing was to big of an issue. Above and beyond is what springs to mind.

    battery died within 25 miles of purchase - warranty was worthless for that. Staff unable to send t&cs of the same (until I said I would come down) Sales team were ok , no worse then any used van dealer I guess.
