   I purchased a cot online, but unfortunately half of it was delivered in the wrong colour. I have been trying to organise a replacement but they will only deliver this once the old one is returned. They told me they would organise collection, but I am still waiting. Email responses are slow and if you call the phone it like someone takes it off the hook. I really hope this baby doesn’t come early!

   Highly recommend this company, there aftercare and customer service team are fantastic and go over and above to help you with any issues you come across. Fantastic selection of products at great prices and they also price match which I find great from a small retailer. Dispatch time is also very speedy too with the option for priority shipping on items.

   Wanted to order over the phone to ensure accuracy but was told I couldn’t and had to order on web. Wrong product was sent, spoke to half asleep girl on phone who again just asked me to email, then was called by another girl who just said it was my fault. Don’t waste time on small amateur companies. The bed itself is very low quality (pilot holes missing or not aligning, screw threads spinning as holes made to big) the instructions recommend I should sand down the rough edges myself (this should be done at the factory). This company doesn’t make anything they simply sell factory outlet products so don’t expect any help if things aren’t right first time.

Customer service is just appalling, for over a week I have had the same copy/paste useless and disrespectful response from 2 of their advisors! I regret placing order with this scam company but luckily my missing item was just 5£ worth

   Price is ok but the processing time is way too long, order place on Dec 5th but no update for dispatch information since then… I cancel the order on Dec 9th as that is way longer than the advertised due date! Wait 4days for nothing!!! That’s waste of my time. Better buy from Amazon, higher price but seldom failed for delivery! Hope that I can get my money back on Time!

   My favourite online shop! A wonderful selection of beautiful toys, books and lots more. customer service is absolutely brilliant. The website has a great chat feature, where you can ask any questions about stock, staff are always quick to reply or find out for you. Delivered Items are always well packaged. Also offer free delivery for items over £30 which I think is fantastic! Love this online shop.
